Application Information
Through this portal, students can submit a single application for multiple awards. To be considered for all CBS philanthropically funded undergraduate research awards, apply to the Dean's Summer Undergraduate Research Program (SURP).By submitting your application to SURP, you will be considered for all awards, including:
- Dean’s Summer Undergraduate Research Program
- Alumni to Aggie Summer Research Award
- Charles and Nanci Cooper Undergraduate Research Award
- John Cuppoletti and Danuta H. Malinowska Award in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
- Khaira Family Experiential Learning Fund
- Maud Wrightson Hinchee, Ph.D. Undergraduate Research Award
- Raymond L. Rodriguez Undergraduate Research Award
- Roy H. Doi Undergraduate Research Award
- Stacey Roberts and Michael Lassner Award

Roy H. Doi Undergraduate Research Award has one award available for summer research. The undergraduate student much conduct research in a lab of an MCB faculty member, but can be from any major with sophomore through senior class standing. Preference will be given to first-gen student and/or those student who have financial need.
