Research Interest Summary

As a member of the Hagerman Lab, I am interested in studying the mechanism by which expansion of a CGG trinucleotide repeat in the 5'UTR of the FMR1 gene leads to Fragile X-associated tremor and ataxia syndrome (FXTAS).
